SPA
The Total Quality Management Project at Orlandi Spa has always
been upheld by the firm belief that quality is the determining strategic
factor needed to ensure a company’s development and competitiveness
and to consolidate its future in the industry.
A key principle applies to every level and process at Orlandi
Spa: customer orientated. Our main goal is customer satisfaction.
The first step in this project was accomplished in 1996 when
Orlandi attained the Quality Management System certificate in accordance
with the UNI EN ISO 9002:1994 standard. The system was updated in
2003 so processes would comply with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
Since then the company has continued to develop and improve
both its products and services.
Orlandi Spa also has two product certificates:
The Oeko-Tex Certificate;
The SATRA Membership Certificate.
