Certification according to the Oeko-Tex standard
This standard aims for “human ecology" and takes into consideration the potentially harmful substances which may be in the finished product and thereby come into contact with the consumer. The standard contains a series of analytical tests which must be performed on specific parameters and gives limiting values based on current regulations and scientific findings.
Orlandi Spa chose the Oeko-Tex standard and accordingly uses the registered label to certify some of its products - "Confidence in Textiles - Tested for Harmful Substances according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100".
